We have over 240 homes in our community that enjoy the great location close to local supermarkets, restaurants, country club golf course, parks, walking trails, and much more. All with easy access to main roads & highways, but just far enough off the beaten path to experience very minimal traffic noise. We also provide the convenience of having an on-site RV & Mini-Storage facility for safe and secure storage of your belongings.
We are proud to offer a clean, quiet and safe environment. The 15 MPH speed limit in Rancho Villa really allows our tenants to relax at home and enjoy walking through the community at their leisure and delight in visiting with their neighbors.
Rancho Villa has a Recreation Hall located at the front of the community where tenants are able to reserve (at no cost) for private family functions. Tenants also enjoy conversing at monthly potlucks and breakfasts that Rancho Villa sponsors. Christmas Bazaars and other events are also presented by our tenants at the Rec-Hall.
